Refund Policy

Time Limit for Return and Exchange

  • Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided that the product (including all accessories and packaging) remains intact.

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of product quality issues.


Valid Reasons for Return

  1. Product quality defects or damage not caused by the customer.

  2. Application submitted within 7 days of receipt, with the goods and accessories in original, undamaged condition.


Important Notes

  1. If the customer suspects a product quality issue during use, relevant photos or evidence must be provided.

  2. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of damage caused by improper use, personal reasons, or unauthorized modification.

  3. For products with an anti-counterfeiting code, once the code has been scratched or tampered with, the item is not eligible for return or exchange under the 7-day policy.

  4. Shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons (not quality issues) shall be borne by the customer.
