  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

    • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days.

    • International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions).

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (details provided on the Website).


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier’s website.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

6. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
